Comments:
Change of ownership for this facility. Food service permit application received on 2nd Dec, 2013.
The new operator has food safe level 1 and food safe level 2 certification. The operator has already been advised to send additional staff for food safe level 1 training.
The new operator Wensheng Li not available on the premises at the time of this inspection. The written food safety plan and sanitation plans will be reviewed with the operator on a later date.
New food service permit dropped with the staff.
The following items from the previous health inspection on this premises have now been corrected:
- No fruit flies observed in the mop sink area. As per information provided by the staff, the drains are regularly being treated with the bleach.
