Observation: List of outstanding violations - violation ticket will have to be issued if not addressed and cited again.
Corrective Action: 1.Outstanding from Inspections 01/02/2006; 06/01/2006; 05/02/2005: wall-mounted paper towel dispenser required at handbasin in food prep area (at time of inspection, liquid soap available in wall-mounted soap dispenser and a roll of paper towels available on shelf). 2.Outstanding from Inspection 01/02/2006: floor/wall join under sink in dishwashing area requires cleaning, tiles replaced, and coving installed to seal. 3.Outstanding from Inspections 01/02/2006; 06/01/2006; and an ongoing issue at this facility: floors have a large build-up of grease and dirt and grime in corners and under equipment - thorough cleaning is required!

118.2.Shelving in dry goods storage area now equipped with castors, so can easily be moved for cleaning the floors and in corners.
116.2.A.top area above sink in dishwashing area is now sealed (stainless 'cap' on order for top portion).
116.2.C.Seam above sink in dishwashing area has been cleaned and sealed.
109.Wall-mounted paper towel dispenser installed at front service area - *liquid soap available in pump and must also be wall-mounted - the existing wall-mounted soap dispenser does not function properly and must be removed.

Also noted at time of inspection.
-final rinse of glass washer in front service area at appropriate level (iodine ~12.5ppm).

Note:status of cleaning of ventilation hoods, ductwork, filters not assessed at time of inspection.
