Corrective Action: All coolers must be monitored and temperatures recorded twice daily to ensure they are maintaining temperature below 4 degrees Celsius (temp logs provided). Prep coolers should be adjusted to allow for temperature to be maintained during regular use. |

The Quat sanitizer dispenser has been service; sanitizer concentration measured at 200 ppm.
General organization and cleanliness in the walk-in cooler and freezer has improved; freezer has been defrosted.
Floor tiles have been replaced in the downstairs prep area.
Organization in the dry storage area has improved; ensure that all products stored in this area are shelf stable.
