Initial inspection for this new Food Service Establishment.
This operation has relocated from #109 4295 Blackcomb Way, Whistler.
In compliance items:
- The construction substantially complies with the approved plans and the Food Premises Regulation.
- The walk in cooler and both line coolers are running below 4 degree Celsius.
- Hot and cold running water available.
- Soap and single use paper towel provided on the hand sink.
- A three compartment sink is of sufficient size.
- Access to janitorial sink provided.
- Foodsafe certified food handlers available.
- Written food safety plan available.
- Written sanitation plan available.


The operator to address the following items before opening for business:

- Store all the flour bags currently stored on the floor onto the shelves minimum 6 inches above the floor.
- Remove the two trolleys made of raw wood from the premises, or refinish/paint the wood to make it smooth and easily cleanable.
- Label the sanitizer bucket. If you are not sure about the contents of this bucket, please remove it from the premises and dispose it off according to the local bylaw.
