Observation: There is a build-up of debris and spills under all counters and coolers.
Corrective Action: A thorough cleaning is required in the bar area.


Additional items discussed at the time of inspection:
Soap is available for handwashing - consider designating one sink for handwashing in the bar area.
Handle of the ice scoop must not come in contact with the ice.
