The premise is Permitted to sell soft ice-cream.
The following items noted (in compliance with Regulation):
- soft-ice cream machine maintains product below 4C
- soft ice-cream machine is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis, according to manufacturers instructions.
- 2-compartment sink in back storage area is available for cleaning purposes.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles provided for sanitizing surfaces
- liquid handsoap and paper towels provided at handwash sink
