Comments:
Hot water tank repairs have been completed and the sinks achieve at least 45C as required.
The condensate pipe running into the mop sink has also been trimmed to provide an air gap to eliminate a potential cross connection.
The following items remain from the previous report:
- The sprayer on the double sink is leaking.
- The faucet on the hand sink needs to be secured.
- The area around the grease trap requires cleaning.
