Glass washers were being serviced at time of inspection.
General cleanliness is satisfactory.
All temperatures met regulatory requirements at time of inspection.
There was no problem with fruit flies noted during inspection, however one staff member mentioned this has been a problem in the past. Discussed methods of reducing fruit fly problems including thorough cleaning at end of day and acquiring a foam sanitizer that can be applied in drains at night.
