Comments:
Very good improvement noticed.
Dishwashing Area: Very good improvement. Ceiling area cleaned. Shelving still requries mac tac.
Back Storage Area: Has been reorganized. Bags of rice have been removed from under light. Old equipment has been removed.
Staff Washroom: Floor tile will be replaced within one month. Ceiling tile to be replaced and old carpet backing to be removed by December 12th. Washroom has been tidied up.
Food storage in cooler and freezer is very good. Remove build up in freezer doorway.
Back Storage Area: Mac tac on shelving also still needed.
