Observation: monitor temp of stainless reach-in cooler, temp exceeds 40F however door has been kept left open for a while; temp of food in cold line inserts also exceed 40 degrees F. Ambient air temp of cabana very warm. Cold storage temps should be monitored during day and records kept.

Observation: staff should be using single sink for handwash station and soap and paper towel supplies should be relocated there.
