Gave Irma Hohn a copy of the last routine inspection report and also monitoring sheets for dishwasher sanitizer.
Dishwashing log must be maintained daily. Sanitation had improved. Temperature logging is occring daily.
Dishwasher was sanitizing at > 50ppm chlorine.
