The following items from the previous routine inspection have now been corrected.
- Hand soap is now provided in a dispenser.
- Internal food temperature in the hot holding case is >60 degree Celsius.
- Sanitizer spray bottles are available and as per information provided by the operator, all food contact boards are washed and sanitized minimum once in 4 hours.
