Corrective Action: Ensure that a designated handsink is installed in the kitchen.
115   Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control
Observation: Fruit flies present in kitchen and bar.
Corrective Action: Ensure that drains are chemically treated and physically cleaned, provide fly strips to problem areas, ensure that kitchen receives enhanced cleaning, consider the provision of carefully placed fans to aid in fly exclusion.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Cleaning is required behind and underneath all equipment.
Corrective Action: Focus on hard to reach areas in the store room and kitchen.
