2. Chicken: checked temperature, should not sit out.
3. Cooler: It has been fixed. Temperature is at 4 degrees celsisus, clean fans. Food storage: All foods covered when stored. No spoons stored with food. Frequent cleaning. Floor needs cleaning.
4. Freezer: Fixing door seal. All foods covered when stored.
5. Back storage area: Clean floor under shelving.
6. Staff washroom: Needs through cleaning. Fix flooring. Staff: Reviewed sanitizing. Remove shelf ceiling where hats are stored. Use sanitizer bleach with water to wash cloths and sponges. Do sanitation plans. Reinspect November 8th.
