110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Unwrapped, uncovered baked goods are displayed in front of customers.
Corrective Action: A sneeze guard, cover, or wrapping should be supplied to the baked goods display such that they are protected from sneezing patrons.
115   Repeat Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control
Observation: Rodent droppings noted in the storage area downstairs.
Corrective Action: The food storage in this area has been sealed behind a cabinet, but some steps are required to adequetely protect against contamination from pests: Paint the cabinet so that it is easily cleanable, seal the holes under the doorway into the maintenance side of the basement as well as the holes surrounding the pipes connecting the two areas to prevent rodents from gaining access to food storage areas. Door sweeps that effectively exclude pests should also be provided to each of the doors leading to the outside (as a guide, the space underneath the door should be less than the diameter of a dime).
