All outstanding items from the previous report have been corrected. Thank you.
Coving around the kitchen floor-wall joint has been properly sealed.
The light covers have been supplied and the ceiling tiles have been cleaned.
The dishwasher is working properly, dispensing 50ppm chlorine, and the blocked drain has been repaired.
The glass-washer sanitizer pump has been fixed and it dispenses 12.5ppm iodine in the rinse cycle as required.
Staff are now monitoring and recording checks for the equipment.
