511  Critical Cold holding equipment is able to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees C. or lower (Sec 19(1)(b))
Observation: The internal food temperature in the upright cooler is at 8.5 degree Celsius. As per information provided by the operator this cooler has been repaired. As per temperature records, the cooler is running in 5 to 7 degree Celsius range since the repairs were done.
Corrective Action: The operator must take appropriate corrective actions to ensure that the upright cooler runs at 4 degree Celsius or below all the time. Target completion date 1 week. Any potentially hazardous foods should be relocated to another fridge.

Comments:

This follow up inspection was done to verify the upright cooler repairs.
As per information provided by the operator, the upright cooler has now been repaired. As per temperature log, the upright cooler air temperature is in 5 to 7 degree Celsius since cooler was repaired. At the time of this inspection cooler was again running warm at 8.5 degree Celsius.
The operator is advised to address this issue as soon as possible to avoid an enforcement action.

A follow up inspection is required.
