Observation: The pop syrup storage area has some spills that can attract pests.
Corrective Action: Ensure this room is throroughly and reguarly cleaned.
403  Critical Cold potentially hazardous foods are stored/displayed at or below 4 degrees C (Sec 14(2))
Observation: The line cooler at the buffet was broken at the time of inspection. All food in the inserts and inside the cooler were measured at 13-15C using a probe thermometer. The most recent temperature records indicated that the cooler was functional.
Corrective Action: Food discarded at time of inspection. Ensure that staff are properly and accurately monitoring cooler temperatures in their log sheets so that these problems are promptly addressed. A new line cooler was provided in this location while the defective cooler was removed for maintenance.


Premises is otherwise clean and well maintained.
