Observation: The seal on the chest freezer needs to be repaired. Ice build-up inside the freezer and near the lid of the freezer.
Corrective Action: Repair the seal on the freezer and remove the ice build-up in the freezer.
509   Items not required in food premise operation are not stored on the premise (Sec 18)
Observation: Old kitchen and electronic equipment being stored in the storage room.
Corrective Action: Any items not required for the food service operation must be removed from the premises.

Comments:

Routine inspection. Operators Takashi and Willy present at the time of this inspection.
In compliance items:
- Refrigeration temperatures are 4 degree Celsius or below.
- Freezer temperatures are -18 degree Celsius or below.
- Temperature logs being maintained.
- Thermometers available in the all the fridges.
- Low temperature mechanical dishwasher is providing >50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
- Foodsafe certified food handlers available.
- No signs of any pest infestation.
- Hand washing facilities are satisfactory.
- 200 ppm quat sanitizer available in the spray bottles and out sanitizer dispenser.
- General cleanliness of the premises is satisfactory.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory. Food protected from cross contamination.
- No concerns identified with the food handling practices.
