Observation: Glass on one of beer cooler doors is shattered and taped together.
Corrective Action: Operator confirmed a work order has already been requested.

Observation: The backflow prevention device under the Bud tap has not been tested since 2003.
Corrective Action: Have this device tested and tagged by a qualified person.

Observation: The floor in the upstairs server station under the counter cannot be easily cleaned due to uneven surface and exposed wires.
Corrective Action: Resurface the floor so it is smooth and cleanable.
404  Critical Hot potentially hazardous foods are stored or displayed above 60 degrees Celsius (Sec 14(2))
Observation: Onions in butter measured 30C.
Corrective Action: This item is potentially hazardous and must be stored at 4C or less, or 60C or hotter.
505   Food premises maintained in a sanitary condition (Sec 17(1))
Observation: Build-up of grease and soot noted on ceiling tiles over kettle, inside vent hood over kettle and next to hood over smokers.
Corrective Action: Clean ceilig tiles and vent hood.
506   Equipment/utensils are maintained in a sanitary condition (Sec 17(1a))
Observation: Inside roof of ice machine has mildew.
Corrective Action: Clean inside of ice machine.

Comments:

General Observations:
- Hand washing stations equipped with liquid soap/paper towel.
- Multiple staff were observed hand washing during today's inspection.
- All refrigeration temperatures measured less than 4C.
- Thermometers noted in all coolers.
- Temperature logs are up to date, temp log checks were observed being carried out during today's visit.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature measured 71.7C at the plate with waterproof probe thermometer.
- Glasswasher measured >12.5ppm iodine.
- Quat sanitizing solution measured 200ppm in spray bottles and from the chemical dispenser.
- Hot holding items measured >60C.
- Freezer temperatures measured less than -18C.
- Food storage in coolers was excellent - shelves are well labeled to prevent cross contamination, all items are covered, dated and off the floor.
- No food storage concerns were noted in the dry storage area - however some additional cleaning is needed under the shelves.
- Foodsafe trained staff were on site at time of inspection.
- No signs of pest activity were noted during today's visit.
