General observations:
All temperatures are meeting health requirements. Temperature records are being maintained.
Food storage practices in the walk in cooler are satisfactory. Some soup buckets are being stored on the floor in the walk in freezer. The operator advised to store any food items containers 6 inches above the floor to facilitate cleaning.
The bar glass washer is not operational. According to the information provided by the manager, a work order has been placed and the glass washer is expected to be repaired and running soon.
