Comments:
Follow-up inspection conducted to check outstanding items from July 19, 2011 report:
1. A new booster has been installed in the kitchen dishwasher; the final rinse temperature measured 71C at the place with a thermo-label.
2. Light covers for the kitchen are on order.
3. The line cooler is not currently in use and will be replaced.
4. A new glass washer is in place.
5. A food safety plan and sanitation plan have been submitted.
6. Arrangements have been made to get in-house Foodsafe Level 1 training for staff.
7. The back storage room will have a drop ceiling installed over the glass washer - please contact the health department when work is completed for a follow-up inspection.
There are no remaining outstanding items at this time.
