Observation: Raw shelled eggs were again found being stored at the room temperature. The operator was not aware of how long they have been out. These eggs were discarded at the time of this inspection.
Corrective Action: Raw eggs must be stored under refrigeration temperatures. Please ensure that all the employees are aware of the correct storage procedures for the eggs.
110   Repeat Food Not Protected - General
Observation: a)Wiping cloth is not being stored in the sanitizer solution. A container with bleach solution is available but it is being kept away from the prep table. b) The ice scoop is still being stored inside the ice.
Corrective Action: a)Keep the sanitizer solution container on a convenient location for the food handlers to use. Wiping clothes must be stored in the sanitizer solution. b) Ice scoop must be stored outside the ice to avoid any contamination of ice with the ice scoop handle. Use a clean container and sanitize both the scoop and the container regularly.
