Observation: The high temperature dishwasher has not yet been repaired. The dishes are not being manually sanitized.
Corrective Action: Repair the dishwasher within 3 days from the date of this inspection. Sanitize the dishes manually after running through the dishwasher. Failing to correct this violation may result in a $230 violation ticket.
604   Adequate handwashing stations at convenient locations are available for employees (Sec 21 (4))
Observation: Soap and paper has not yet been provided on the bar hand sink.
Corrective Action: Provide soap and single use paper towel on the bar sink.
