Observation: The bar glass washer has no detectable sanitizer in the rinse cycle.
Corrective Action: The bar glass washer must be repaired to provide 50 ppm chlorine in the sanitizer cycle. This glass washer must not be used to wash any glass ware or utensils until repaired. Target completion date- within 2 days of the date of this inspection.
113   Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: None of the hand sinks on the front bar has soap and paper towel available.
Corrective Action: Soap and paper towel must be available on one of the hand sinks in the front bar. Target completion- 2 Days of the date of this inspection.
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: The floor in the walk in cooler and the dry storage area is not easily cleanable.
Corrective Action: The floor in the walk in cooler and the dry storage area must be refinished to provide a smooth non absorbent finish. This is an uncorrected non critical violation. The previous target completion date was 30 Sep, 2010. The target completion date is extended to 1st Dec, 2011.

Observation: Temperature logs not being maintained.
Corrective Action: All the protective temperatures must be monitored and the temperature logs maintained.

1. All the fridges and the walk in cooler below 4 Degree Celsius.
2. Hot holding temperatures are above 60 Degree Celsius.
3. The dishwasher is sanitizing at more than 50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
4. The sanitizer dispenser is providing >200 ppm quat solution.
5. Washrooms are well maintained.
6. No visible signs of any pest infestation.
7. This facility is in compliance with the Tran Fat Regulation.
8. Foodsafe level 1 trained food handlers present.
