Site visit conducted to review renovation plans for this upcoming fall. The project will include resurfacing the flooring, installing a washable veneer on the walls, sealing pest entrance points (under door to outside, and at floor/wall junctions and repairing damaged wall at left hand corner.
Written plan approval must be obtained prior to completing this work. Please submit a written description of the work to be completed including: a sketch of the area, general description of the project, types of materials that will be used, finishing details, time line for completion and any other relevant details.
