Observation: Bare wood shelves on bottom of bakery table and food prep tables, have not been sealed.
Corrective Action: Paint or seal any bare woods shelves in kitchen, to provide a surface that is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean (shelves below 2 kitchen prep tables and baking table).
122  Critical Inadequate Food Safety Plan
Observation: An updated Food Safety Plan to be submitted for review and approval, as requested on last inspection report.
Corrective Action: An updated Food Safety plan to be submitted by September 15, 2011, or a violation ticket will be issued.
