110. Ice machine has been clean and sanitized. Cleaning schedule is in place for ice machine - will be cleaned /sanitized monthly.
118. Daily logs have been set up and are being maintained for all refrigerators and freezer temperatures, as well as sanitation logs for sanitizing concentration for dishwasher. Chlorine residuals for dishwasher are being maintained between 100ppm and 200ppm = good.
108. Glasswasher in bar service area has been repaired (iodine sanitizer observed flowing through lines).
