Observation: The dishwasher rinse temperature measured 64 Degree on the dishes with the maximum registering thermometer.
Corrective Action: The dishwasher must be able to provide minimum 71 Degree Celsius rinse temperature on the dishes (82 Degree Celsius on the manifold). Until the dishwasher is repaired, all the dishes must be sanitized manually. Target completion date 2 days from the date of this inspection.
110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: The ice scoop being stored inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action: Please store the ice scoop in a clean container away from any possible source of contamination.
