Comments:
General observations:
1.The dishwasher is sanitizing at more than 71 Degree Celsius on the dishes.
2.The premises is generally clean. Discussed with the operator the sanitizing procedures for the food contact surfaces and the need to make an approved sanitizer solution available all the times in order to store the wiping clothes in.
3.The paper towel on the hand washing station is not being dispensed from a paper towel dispenser. The operator is recommended to install a paper towel dispenser in order to make the hand drying more convenient.
4.A minor change in the layout has been done since the last inspection by relocation the upright cooler to make room for espresso machine.
5. According to the information provided by the operator, all the employees working in this facility are food safe level 1 certified.
