All the plumbing upgrades to improve the temperature of the incoming water are now complete. The rinse water temperature on the dishes improved but still hasn't reached 71 degree Celsius. The rinse gauge is reading 90 degree Celsius.
A follow up inspection required.
The operator to call the dishwasher technician and keep on manually sanitizing the dishes.
