Follow up inspection.

The following violations from the previous routine inspection report has now been corrected:

The mechanical glass washer has been repaired and providing >12.5 ppm in the final rinse cycle.
As per information provided by the bar manager, the bar staff has discontinued using the bar hand sink to dispose off any food debris and this sink has been designated as an exclusive hand wash sink. Paper towels are now available near this sink. A new dispenser to be installed on the side of the bar counter.
No drink bottles/containers observed being stored in the ice sink.

Ice wand storage practices not checked at the time of this inspection. The operator to make sure that ice wands are always stored in a clean washable container.

A written food safety plan for sous-vide cooking has not yet been received by the EHO. The operator to develop this plan and forward a copy to the EHO within 2 weeks.
