Observation: Freezer contains peas and raw chicken that are not adequately separated.
Corrective Action: Reorganize the chest freezer in the office so that raw chicken and peas are adequately separated.

Observation: Garlic Butter stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action: Garlic butter discarded at time of inspection. Do not store garlic butter at room temperature. Instead keep it in the cooler and only take out 2 hours worth of product at a time.

Observation: CO2 canister for pop is not secured.
Corrective Action: Ensure that full/inuse CO2 canisters are secured with a chain or equivalent.

Observation: Information is needed on the new ventless hood.
Corrective Action: Provide product specifications and a maintenance plan for the new ventless hood in the kitchen.

Comments:

Premises is well maintained and clean. Dishwasher reaches 50ppm chlorine as required. Glasswasher reaches 12.5ppm iodine as required. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Temperature logs are complete and up to date. A new vent-less hood has been supplied for the kitchen. The restrictions on the operating permit will be altered such that the production of grease-laden vapours is allowed provided that it is conducted under the vent-less hood according to the limits outlined by the product manufacturer.
