Structural items are still outstanding. The plan is to take care of these items in the spring. The far line cooler (opposite the top browner), was showing temperatures of 7 degrees C. The service company was called in during the inspection. The temperatures were otherwise in range.
Upon revisit -- the temperature of the cooler was measured at 3 degrees C..
