Observation: Burger condiment drawer cooler underneath the grill does not maintain 4 degrees Celsius or below. The food in the cooler was measured at 10 degrees Celsius at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Food removed at time of inspection. Do not use this cooler until it is properly repaired and can maintain food at 4 degrees Celsius or below.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: No lids for dry strage bins in the kitchen.
Corrective Action: Provide lids for the dry storage bins to protect them when the kitchen is not in use.

Observation: The tea/coffee station in the kitchen is worn and not easily cleanable. Duct tape has been added to the shelving which makes it more difficult to properly clean.
Corrective Action: Refinish/replace this shelving with a smooth, non-porous, easily cleanable surface.

Comments:

Premises is otherwise very well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements except where noted above. Dishwasher reaches required sanitizing temperature. Temperature logs are complete and up to date.
