Comments:

Met with Graham Page, the restaurant manager.

The following item from the previous inspection has been corrected:
- The front bar glass washer is providing >12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse cycle.

The following items have not yet been corrected:
- The sanitizer dispenser is not providing any detectable sanitizer. No sanitizer observed in the spray bottles.Spray bottles are wrongly labeled.
- No soap and paper towel on the front bar.
- No thermometer still available in the upright cooler in the kitchen.
- No soap available in the staff washroom.
- Cleaning has not yet been done in the storage room corner and underneath the bar counters.
- Ice scoop is now being stored on an easily cleanable location but this area is visibly dirty. Ice scoop must be stored in a clean washable container and run through the dishwasher every day.
- Discussed with the manager the location of the back glass washer. Graham agreed to relocate the glass washer to the front bar which is scheduled to be renovated this spring. The operator was informed that a prior approval from the health department is required before commencing any construction in a food premises. The operator to forward a copy renovation plans to the EHO for an approval by the end of April 2013.

The temperatures in the kitchen was not checked at the time of this inspection.

A follow up inspection required. The operator is advised that a failure to correct these violation may result in a violation ticket.
