Comments:
This inspection/visit was done to provide information on the food safety plan. The operator was provided with the BCCDC food safety plan guide and the temperature and sanitation log templates. The operator is needed to provide a written food safety plan in 2 months from the date of this inspection.
Temperature and sanitation logs must be regularly filled out and chlorine test strips needs to be provided.
