105 - Inadequate Refrigeration: Stand-up cooler for breakfast foods was repaired: refrigerant leak corrected and thermostat replaced. Work order has been issued for top drawer of cooler #12827 - temperatures to be monitored as well as check condition of drawer seals and rails. Ensure this unit is capable of maintaining 4C or less.
113 - Improper Sanitary Facilities: Paper towel dispenser at hand washing station was replaced.
116 - Improper Maintenance: all refrigeration units associated with this unit are under review. Progress will be assessed during the next routine inspection. Work order also issued to replace missing light covers.
