Items corrected from previous report:
1. Spray bottles of sanitizing solution are now present at all work stations.
2. The missing light cover in the kitchen has been replaced.
3. The hole in the wall under the dishwasher counter has been sealed.
4. The seal next to the back prep sink has been replaced.
5. The bare wood around the walk-in cooler has been painted.
6. The bare wood panel where the can opener is mounted has been painted.
7. The floor-wall junction where new tiles were installed has been sealed.
8. All downstairs lights have shatter-proof covers.
9. The racks in the walk-in cooler have been power washed.
10. The backflow preventer for the ice machine has been tested.
11. The floor-wall junction up the staircase has been sealed.
12. A drop ceiling has been installed in the new dry food storage area.
13. Access points for pests have been sealed.
14. A review of food products has been conducted for trans-fat compliance. The only outstanding foods are breakfast items - compliance is expected to be complete by June, 2010.

Outstanding items:
1. The oyster fridge is still not operating, but is currently not in use. Before this unit can be used for refrigerated food storage, ensure it can maintain a temperature of 4C or less.
2. A raw oyster advisory must be printed on all menus by June 2010.
