The following items corrected since last inspection:
403. Refrigerated prep tables in front of cooking grill are maintaining potentially hazardous foods at 4C, or colder. Temperature logs maintained daily.
402. (1) Raw meats in walk-in cooler stored on bottom shelves, separate from cooked or ready-to-eat foods.
(2) All foods stored on shelving a minimum of 6 inches up off floor.
(3) Clear plastic (food-grade) provided for covering foods.
(4) Open packages of dry-goods in food storage room, transferred to food grade containers with tight-fitting lids.
(5) Hole in top of ice machine has been repaired. Ice machine is being cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis (every 3 months).
502. Milk/dairy fridge has had door seals replaced and new shelving installed.
