110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: The detergent spray bottle is incorrectly labelled as quat sanitizer. No sanitizer bottle available in the bar area.
Corrective Action: All the bottles must be correctly labelled and all the employees must be trained to use the sanitizer/detergent dispenser correctly.
112   Poor Sanitary Design, Construction, Installation of Equipment & Utensils
Observation: The pop nozzle holder interior has become rough and dirty.
Corrective Action: This nozzle holder must be replaced. The worn out nozzle holder was discarded by the operator at the time of this inspection.
113   Repeat Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: Paper towels are not available at any of the front bar hand washing stations. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action: A paper towel dispenser must be installed on the each hand washing station in the bar.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: There is a glass washer in the bar which is not currently being used but still has standing water and food debris present in it. Some fruit flies were noticed in this glass washer at the time of this inspection.
Corrective Action: This glass washer must be removed or cleaned and dried so that it does not act as a breeding ground for fruit flies.

Comments:

The glass washer is sanitizing at >12.5 ppm iodine. A low iodine test kit is available but not being used to monitor the iodine concentration. The operator is advised to monitor and record the iodine concentration in glass washer final rinse.
