Comments:
this inspection was a follow-up to previous of 13 Aug 2003. All temperature violations have been corrected; sink spray arm has been replaced with new one. Temperature records maintained for cold and hot storage; cooking and cooling - records indicate compliance with food safety plan. Premises is tidy.
