Most works completed, outstanding works; protective light cover on light fitting over dish pit, packaged food still noted being kept on the floor of walk-in cooler and freezer, no ventilation has yet to be fitted for capture of grease laden vapour from steam kettle, glass wine bottles were noted in ice sink in bar area, ceiling damage above steam oven not yet repaired, damaged door/drawer edge seals to fridges not yet replaced.
