Comments:
Some cleaning has been completed but the back of the grill line still requires deep cleaning. A new fridge is to be provided to replace the old fridge with worn seals and shelving issues. Fly problems persist in the premises. A follow up inspection is scheduled for 3 weeks to look a the new fridge, assess the remaining cleaning and assess correction to the fly problem.
