Comments:

Dishwasher has been installed, it is a concern that there may be a possible ventilation issue within the kitchen. Vapor capture hood to be installed above dishwasher and possible increased forced ventilation at a later date dependant on kitchen volume and use also additional food prep sink(s) may also be required. Some of the light fittings within the kitchen require repairing, the florescent tubes within the kitchen are not protected, there are some exposed timber areas on kitchen work equipment that should be sealed leaving a smooth, cleanable and impermeable finish, thermometers must be provided in all refrigeration equipment, the sewer/manhole cover located within the storage room adjacent the bar area should be sealed to ensure foul smells and other do not escape, water filters provided for the soft drinks and ice making machine should be dated to ensure routine and regular replacement, a liquid soap and hand towel dispenser should be provided at the hand wash station within the bar area, the hand sink provided within the bar area should be refitted to ensure that it is secured and usable, cross contamination of water supply protection should be provided for the ice making machine and soft drinks dispenser (plumbing permits required), a written food safety plan and sanitation plan should be provided, the door to the ice making machine should be repaired to ensure that it fully seals when closed, the seal on the bar fridge door should be replaced, a sanitizer station in the food prep area should be provided.
