Comments:
The following items from the previous inspection has been corrected.
- The hand washing station has now been plumbed into the drainage line. This sink now has hot and cold running water available and is easily accessible.
- The walls and counters in the front kitchen are has now been cleaned of grease.
The following items are in the process of getting addressed:
- The sanitizer dispenser has now been hooked to the plumbing but has not yet been calibrated. The procedure to make correct dilution of the sanitizers has not yet been posted.
