- Walls behind dishwashing area have been cleaned.
- Hole in wall behind dishwasher sink has been repaired.
- All burnt out ceiling lights have been replaced.
- Kitchen has been thoroughly cleaned.
- Damaged ice scops have been replaced - ice scoops are stored in a sanitary manner
- Dry-goods are stored in sealed containers with lids.
- Thermometers available in all fridges and freezers.
- Temperature log is being maintained daily.
