The following items have been completed since last inspection:
105. Hot rice will be cooled in shallow stainless steel pans (4 inch depth) and transferred to food-grade plastic containers with lid, for refrigerated storage.
113. 1) Mop water will be emptied down toilet. Original janitorial sink in kitchen will now be designated as a food prep sink.
2) Operator will submit plans for installation of new designated handwash sink in rear kitchen area. Submit plans for approval prior to installation.
