Comments:
The following corrections have been completed in response to last week's routine inspection report:
-The ice machine backflow devices on the premises have been properly
-Ice wands were stored on hooks to prevent cross-contamination
-All staff have been made aware of the concern of preparing large volumes of cooked or par-cooked food items and have been told to implement measures to prevent temperature abuse, including -preparing smaller batches, and using ice baths.
-The walk in freezer floor has received enhanced cleaning and the leak in the cooler condenser has been fixed.
-The hole in the ceiling next to the grill line and reach in cooler has been filled and will be tiled..
-The glasswasher sanitizer motor has been repaired and now dispenses 50ppm as required.
-Temperature logs for the facility are now complete and up to date.
