Observation: There was evidence of mice activity behind the spices used for meat flavouring.
Corrective Action: All mice droppings should be cleaned routinely, regular pest control should be carried out and opened bags of spices should be stored in food grade containers with fitted lids.

Observation: The house keeping within the walk-in freezer was poor, the floor was dirty, food was being stored on the floor and uncovered bread was in storage.
Corrective Action: This area should now be cleaned, tidied, food wrapped and food stored off the floor to prevent risk of contamination to food contact surfaces.

Observation: One of the drainage hoses within the fish counter refrigerator has broken loose/missing and water is dripping onto food products below.
Corrective Action: This should now be repaired/replaced.

Corrective Action: This should now be investigated and repaired.

Corrective Action: A system for ensuring good stock control should be routinely practiced.
